The consumer community application

Know your audience. Every professional communicator knows the importance of that rule. Qoiza is a mobile application that may be able to help with that. Qoiza was designed as a community for consumers to talk about brands. Participants share experiences and photos of their own and are able to like other people’s posts. The application has an official website, a blog, a Facebook page and a Twitter account. Qoiza is free on iTunes.

Qoiza rewards top participants in the community with prizes and by posting their names on social networking sites. The application monitors engagement habits of users and turns the metrics into “actionable reporting,” an important feature for marketers who “are expected to spend $5 billion on social marektning programs by 2016,” according to a press release.
